Welcome
Welcome to improving your pelvic health naturally!
Here at Beaches Pelvic Physio we pride ourselves on being the only clinic on the Northern Beaches focused primarily on the function and dysfunction of the pelvis, both internal and external.
Led by experienced, friendly and passionate Pelvic Physiotherapists with a commitment to providing services of the highest standard, Beaches Pelvic Physio is your place to seek help for both more "traditional" pelvic problems such as pelvic girdle pain (from the pubic symphysis, sacroiliac joints, low back, hips or groin) and for internal issues such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, internal pelvic pain and pregnancy related problems. We treat all issues related to pregnancy (such as abdominal separation) and lower limb problems related to biomechanics, technique faults and motor control issues - especially those that aren't responding to standard treatment.
We pride ourselves on translating the latest research into clinical practice, enabling thorough assessment, diagnosis and treatment tailored to your personal goals. This is now available both face to face in the clinic and via Telehealth appointments in the comfort of your own home. We also run education sessions and quality small group exercise programmes.

Beaches Pelvic Physio is an inclusive, trauma-informed practice where everyone is welcome: male, female, young, old, athletes, new Mums, those in pain and those wanting to improve their function, regardless of their gender, sexuality or culture.
To book an appointment please call us on: 02 8964 5579 or 0435 150136, email us at: hello@beachespelvic.physio, or click to go straight to the online diary. If you are unsure or have any questions please call or email us to discuss.
