The OHNUT - What?

The Ohnut is a brilliant product that decreases deep pelvic pain associated with penetrative intercourse, designed by a lady who suffered from this problem herself.

Working in conjunction with experienced Sexual Medicine Practitioners, prototypes were refined to achieve the current product which is specifically engineered for comfort and to feel like normal skin.

The Ohnut consists of 4 stackable rings that are soft, tactile and stretchy. Each ring will stretch to 20.3cm and, when all 4 are stacked together, are 7cm long.

The idea behind it is that the rings are placed onto the base of the penis (or sex toy) to limit the depth of penetration in a way that feels natural for both partners. How many rings are needed, depends on how deep the pain is. Some initial experimentation is obviously required to work out what works for you, but once sorted, these little rings are game changers - painfree sex!

For those of you suffering from Endometriosis, adenomyosis, pelvic adhesions, amongst other things, this can be an absolute transformer in allowing you to relax and enjoy intercourse again.

Obviously, if you have deep pelvic pain and haven’t had it investigated to find the root cause of it, we absolutely recommend that you see your GP who will refer you for the appropriate tests. Alternatively, as Pelvic Health Physio’s, we assess to see if there is a muscle, nerve or joint issue causing your symptoms, and treat as required. If no musculoskeletal cause is found we will refer onwards as necessary for further investigations.

The Ohnut is available both in clinic and our online shop. All items are discretely packaged with no obvious marking on the packaging from the clinic other than our physical address.
